Claims (1)
- 逆浸透膜モジユールの前段に精密濾過膜モジユ
ールまたは限外濾過膜モジユールを設け、該前段
モジユールの透過水室を上記逆浸透膜モジユール
の原水室に連通管によつて直結し、上記前段膜モ
ジユールの原水側にのみポンプを設け、前段膜モ
ジユールの濃縮水流出側、逆浸透膜モジユールの
濃縮水流出側並びに逆浸透膜モジユールの透過水
流出側にそれぞれ定流量弁を設けたことを特徴と
する逆浸透膜分離装置。
