Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 逆浸透分離膜モジユールと、脱気膜モジユ
    ールとを、被処理水ラインに直列に設けた分離膜
    処理装置付きボイラーであつて、逆浸透膜を用い
    た分離装置の濃縮水流出側にエジエクターの駆動
    水側を接続するとともに、前記脱気膜を用いた脱
    気装置の吸引配管にエジエクターの吸引側を接続
    し、逆浸透装置の濃縮水の残圧を用いて脱気装置
    を減圧することを特徴とする分離膜処理装置付き
    ボイラー。 (2) 脱気膜が、少なくとも多孔質支持体と、そ
    の上に設けた高分子均質層または緻密層からなる
    ことを特徴とする請求項第(1)項記載の分離膜処
    理装置付きボイラー。 (3) 脱気膜の酸素分離係数αが１．３以上であ
    ることを特徴とする請求項第(1)項の分離膜処理
    装置付きボイラー。 （ただしα＝ＱＯ２／ＱＮ２を示す）。
