Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ハウジング内をバルブボデイに設けたパワ
    ーピストンとダイアフラムとにより負圧源と連通
    する定圧室と負圧源または大気と連通する変圧室
    とに画成し、 前記バルブボデイに対して入力ロツドの相対的
    な前進により開弁して大気を前記変圧室に導入す
    る大気弁と、入力ロツドの相対的な後退により開
    弁して前記定圧室と変圧室とを連通させる真空弁
    と、を配設し、 大気を前記大気弁を介して前記変圧室に導入し
    て前記定圧室と変圧室とに生じる差圧によつて前
    記パワーピストンを前進させて出力ロツドに倍力
    した推力を伝達する気圧式倍力装置において、 前記入力ロツドを前記バルブボデイに対して後
    退方向に付勢するスプリングを、一端を前記バル
    ブボデイ側に、他端を前記入力ロツド側に支持さ
    せて前記バルブボデイ内に設け、 前記スプリングを支持するスプリング受部また
    はこのスプリング受部の近傍に大気側と前記変圧
    室側とを連通するバイパス通路を設けたことを特
    徴とする気圧式倍力装置。 (2) ハウジング内をバルブボデイに設けたパワ
    ーピストンとダイアフラムとにより負圧源と連通
    する定圧室と負圧源または大気と連通する変圧室
    とに画成し、 前記バルブボデイに対して入力ロツドの相対的
    な前進により開弁して大気を前記変圧室に導入す
    る大気弁と、入力ロツドの相対的な後退により開
    弁して前記定圧室と変圧室とを連通させる真空弁
    と、を配設し、 大気を前記大気弁を介して前記変圧室に導入し
    て前記定圧室と変圧室とに生じる差圧によつて前
    記パワーピストンを前進させて出力ロツドに倍力
    した推力を伝達する気圧式倍力装置において、 前記大気弁および真空弁を構成する弁体を弁座
    に向けて付勢するスプリングを、一端を前記弁体
    側に、他端を前記入力ロツド側に支持させて前記
    バルブボデイ内に設け、 前記スプリングを支持するスプリング受部また
    はこのスプリング受部の近傍に大気側と前記変圧
    室側とを連通するバイパス通路を設けたことを特
    徴とする気圧式倍力装置。
