- デジタル出力回路において、外部からの過電流
に対して内部回路を保護するため出用端子の一端
側にサーミスタを設けると共に他端側の出力端子
より、サーミスタ側の出力端子へ抵抗とトランジ
スタを直列に接続させることと、これと並列に、
第２のトランジスタとを設けたことを特徴とする
過電流防止回路。
