    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一半導体基板に形成された入力保護回路におい
    て、前記基板に拡散形成された拡散抵抗およびダ
    イオードと、該拡散抵抗の一端に接続された入力
    端子と、該拡散抵抗の他端に接続された入力ゲー
    トと、該拡散抵抗の他端と電源端子との間に接続
    されたトランジスタとを具備することを特徴とす
    る入力保護回路。
