Claims (1)
て流入する出口とを形成し、弁口の開口部分に弁
座を形成し、弁座に着座して弁口を塞ぎ弁座から
離れて弁口を開く様に弁体を配置し、所定温度以
下に冷却されると母相からマルテンサイト相に熱
弾性型マルテンサイト変態をし所定温度以上に加
熱されるとその逆変態をする形状記憶合金でデイ
スク形状に作つた温度応動素子を入口又は出口の
流体通路に配置し、温度応動素子が流体の温度に
応じて変態して湾曲度合が変化することにより弁
体を駆動して所定温度以上になると弁体を弁座に
着座させて弁口を塞ぐ様にしたことを特徴とする
