Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 各々パイプの端部に設けられるようになつ
    ている二つの管状部片１，２から成り、これらの
    管状部片の各々はフランジ３，４を有し、これら
    のフランジが夫々のパイプの側に円錐形斜面５，
    ６を各々有する、パイプ連結具であつて、該パイ
    プ連結具は全体にＶ字形の溝１６を有する締付カ
    ラー７を有し、この締付カラーは、前記フランジ
    ３，４を覆い且つ円錐形の斜面５，６と係合する
    ことによつてこれらのフランジを互いにしつかり
    保持するようになつており、一方のフランジ３は
    、他方のフランジ４と面する側に環状溝１８を有
    し、この溝内にパツキングリング１９が遊嵌され
    ているパイプ連結具において、 前記一方のフランジ３が金属製の環状支持面１
    ７を有し、この面は、夫々の管状部片の軸線に垂
    直な平面内に含まれ、その平均半径は溝１８の平
    均半径よりも小さく、この支持面１７は他方のフ
    ランジ４の他の金属製の支持面２１に気密状態を
    なすように当接していることを特徴とする、パイ
    プ連結具。 (2) 他方のフランジ４の支持面が、溝１８内に
    嵌め込んだパツキングリング１９の支持部分とし
    ても役立つように形成されていることを特徴とす
    る、請求項(1)に記載のパイプ連結具。 (3) 前記パツキングリング１９の厚さが前記環
    状溝１８の深さよりも小さく、パツキングリング
    １９と協働するようになつた他方のフランジ４の
    支持面が、パツキングリング１９と係合するため
    溝１８内に入ることができるように、半径の小さ
    い支持面１７に対して突出していることを特徴と
    する、請求項(2)に記載のパイプ連結具。 (4) 一方のフランジ３が、他方のフランジ４の
    前部２３を受け入れるようになつた空間を形成す
    るように他方のフランジ４と面する縁部２２を有
    し、この縁部２２が上述の支持面１７を取り囲む
    ことを特徴とする、請求項(2)に記載のパイプ連
    結具。 (5) 上述の空間内に嵌まり込むフランジの部分
    が、一方の部片の他方の部片に対する心出しを容
    易にするのに役立つ、平坦な円錐体のような周囲
    形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項(3)に記
    載のパイプ連結具。 (6) 締付カラー７が、互いに間接連結された少
    なくとも二つのジヨー８，９によつて形成され、
    これらのジヨーが互いに締め付けるための手段１
    ０，１１，１２，１３，１４を有する、パイプ連
    結具において、これらのジヨー８，９が落とし鍛
    造ステンレス鋼板で形成されていることを特徴と
    する、請求項(1)に記載のパイプ連結具。
