動装置において、 上記駆動装置は、所定ストロークに亙つて往復
動可能なピストン部材を有する複動式の流体圧シ
リンダ手段と、 上記ピストン部材を回転しないように拘束する
回転拘束手段と、 上記ピストン部材に固定されたボールネジナツ
トとボールネジナツトに螺合しその一端部が上記
