Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 Ｔ溝に沿つて移動自在に配設されたクランプ装
    置を、クランプ対象物をクランプするクランプ位
    置とクランプ対象物から離隔した退避位置とに移
    動駆動するクランプ駆動装置であつて、クランプ
    装置に一端部が連結された押引駆動可能な押引チ
    エーンと、押引チエーンに係合され支軸を介して
    回転自在に枢支されたスプロケツトと、スプロケ
    ツトを回転駆動する駆動装置を備えたクランプ駆
    動装置において、 上記駆動装置は、所定ストロークに亙つて往復
    動可能なピストン部材を有する複動式の流体圧シ
    リンダ手段と、 上記ピストン部材を回転しないように拘束する
    回転拘束手段と、 上記ピストン部材に固定されたボールネジナツ
    トとボールネジナツトに螺合しその一端部が上記
    支軸に固着されたボールネジシヤフトとからなる
    ボールネジ機構とを備えていることを特徴とする
    クランプ駆動装置。
