Claims (1)
- 流体の流入口と流出口とを有するハウジングと
、上記ハウジング内の上記流入口側に設けられ一
定の流れ方向で流入する流体を通過させることに
より、この流体を旋回させる旋回板と、上記旋回
板により旋回させる流体により回転される回転体
と、上記回転体の回転数を検出する回転数検出部
とを備えた流量検出器。
