(産業上の利用分野)
本考案は替刃式木工用超仕上げ鉋盤の改良に係
るものであつて、実願昭60−152777号〜152781号
の構成において使い捨ての替刃の交換をするのに
工数を要したのを簡便にする利用分野を持つもの

然るに従来の替刃式木工用超仕上げ鉋盤ではこの

を目的とするもので、替刃式超仕上げ鉋盤の刃物

口を取付けると共に、刃口に対向させた先端から
送材方向に退けた上下方向の斜面を設け、かつ上
面を送材面とした刃物支持板に、頭部を上面から
突出しない高さにした固定ボルトを通し前記支持
面にねじ込んで送材方向への微調節可能に固定
し、斜面に上下方向の微調節可能に取付けた替刃
押え板と前記刃物支持板との間に送材面に突出す
る替刃を挟合固定し、固定ボルトの頭部上におい
て刃物支持板に溝を形成し、該溝に抜き差し自由
にすると共に送材面と同一面を持つ蓋を嵌合させ
たことを特徴とする替刃式木工用超仕上げ鉋盤に

を交換し、再使用を機敏に施すことができるもの
であつて、切削量が多いときには二時間置き位で
交換を必要とする替刃交換の工数を著減し、しか
も稼動能率を向上することができ、替刃交換によ
る超仕上げ切削各部の再セツトについても、さし
たる再調整を必要とせず、また切削条件の変更に
ついてもそのすべてをまかなうことができる等、
作業能率重視タイプの替刃式木工用超仕上げ鉋盤
