Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 主油液流量パルスを発信する流量計および開閉
    弁を介装し油液を流通する出荷ラインと、該出荷
    ラインの出荷すべき流量を設定して開弁し、流量
    パルスを積算して定量に達したとき閉弁する弁開
    閉信号および所定流量毎に流量信号を発信する出
    荷装置と、着色剤流量パルスを発信する流量計お
    よび開閉弁を介装し油液流量に対して一定割合で
    添加する着色剤を流通する添加ラインと、該添加
    ラインをバツチスタート信号を受けて開弁流通し
    着色剤が定量に達したとき閉弁する閉弁および添
    加完了信号を発信するバツチカウンタと、出荷装
    置から伝送される油液出荷信号および前記流量信
    号を受信し、油液出荷期間において流量信号毎に
    バツチスタート信号を発信し、該バツチスタート
    信号を発信してから、次のバツチスタート信号が
    発信される期間に添加完了信号が発信されないと
    き警報を発信する警報器とで構成されたことを特
    徴とする着色剤添加システム。
