Claims (1)
- 中心にレーザ細管を構成するための孔を有する
細管部品とこの細管部品を中心に固定し、かつ真
空外囲器を構成する外囲器部品とを組み合せた組
立部品を前記細管部品の孔が一直線になるように
複数個連結して構成したレーザ細管と、このレー
ザ細管の両端に配設した陽極および陰極と、一対
の窓とを有するイオンレーザ管において、前記細
管部品と隣りあう外囲器部品との間に円筒径スペ
ーサを介することにより細管部品を固定すること
を特徴とするイオンレーザ管。
