Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は、正極板と負極板に対し連続したシート状セパ
レータをつづら折り状に巻き付ける蓄電池用極板の積重
ね装置に供給する連続したシート状セパレータの位置決
め装置に関するものである。
従来の技術とその課題 従来、連続したシート状セパレータの幅方向の位置決め
は、セパレータ幅方向の両端にガイドを設ける方法が用
いられていたが、セパレータの機械的強度が弱いため位
置決めを行うことは回能であった。
課題を解決するための手段 本発明は連続的に連なったシート状セパレータに対し斜
め下方より空気を噴出し、セパレータの一方の端面を常
に位置決め当り板に接触させることにより幅方向の位置
決めを行うもので、セパレータに対し斜め下方より位置
決め当り板の方向に空気を噴出するための噴出孔を有す
る空気噴出台と、セパレータに噴出された空気を逃がす
ための貫通孔を有する位置決め当り板を具備することに
より、従来の問題点を解消し、連続したシート状セパレ
ータに機械的な力を加えることなく常に安定した位置決
めを行うことができる装置を提供せんとするものである
。
実施例 以下、本発明装置の一実施例を図面に基づき詳述する。
第１図は本発明装置の平面図、第２図はその側面図、第
３図は第１図Ａ−Ａ線断面図である。
本発明装置は、連続的に連なったシート状セパレータ１
が空気噴出台２の上を通過する際、空気噴出台２に備え
られた水平方向に対し約３０度の傾きを持つ直径的４ｍ
ｍの空気噴出孔３より噴出されている送風機からの空気
の風圧により、セパレータｌは位置決め当り板４の方向
へ移動せしめられる。この様に、セパレータ１の端面は
位置決め当り板４と常に接触することにより位置決めが
行われる０位置決め当り板４は噴出された空気を逃がす
ための貫通孔を有する。
なお、空気噴出台２に備えられた空気噴出孔３の角度お
よび直径、噴出空気の量および風圧を変化させることに
より様々なものに適応させることができる。
発明の効果 本発明は上記の如く、従来機械的な力を加えて行われて
いた連続したシート状セパレータの位置決めを簡単な方
法および装置により機械的な力を加えることなく位置決
めを行うことができる。

−Ａ線断面図である。 １・・・連続したシート状セパレータ、２・・・空気噴

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １、連続的に連なったシート状セパレータの幅方向の位
    置決め装置において、セパレータに対し斜め下方より空
    気を噴出するための噴出孔を有する噴出台と、セパレー
    タに噴出された空気を逃がすための貫通孔を有する位置
    決め当り板を具備したことを特徴とする連続したシート
    状セパレータの位置決め装置。
