- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 微小窓孔内にワークを配した被撮像体の微小窓
孔中心を通る光軸を横切つて傾斜配置したハーフ
ミラーを介して被撮像体内のワークを撮像手段に
より撮像するに当たつて、上記ハーフミラーを介
して平行光線を被撮像体に照射する照明装置にお
いて、 上記ハーフミラー光源との間に被撮像体の窓孔
以外の撮像不要部分の照度を低下させるフイルタ
を配置したことを特徴とする照明装置。
