図において1は超音波探傷装置、2は超音波探
触子、3は鋼材、4は送信部、5は受信部、6は
ゲート設定部、7はA/D変換部、8はデータ処
理部、9は同期部、10は受信アナログ信号、1
1はゲートクロツク信号、12は鋼材中の欠陥で
ある。なお、各図中同一符号は同一または相当部
分を示す。

してゲートを設定する複数個のゲート設定部と、
上記複数個のゲート設定部にそれぞれ対応して設
けられた複数個のA/D変換部とを具備したこと
