Claims (1)
- 乾燥空気を調圧する調圧器を配置した管路から
分岐された各分岐管をＮＯ側に接続した複数個の
三方弁と、該複数個の三方弁のＣＯＭ側に接続さ
れる容量の異なる若しくは同一の複数個の溶液採
取器具と、前記三方弁のＮＣ側に接続された管路
を一つにまとめた管路を介してＮＯ側に接続され
た三方弁と、該三方弁のＣＯＭ側に接続されたシ
リンジポンプと、前記二つの三方弁を制御する制
御装置と、より成ることを特徴とする液体サンプ
リング装置。
