Claims (1)
- 相対向するように置かれた一対のポールピース
と、該各ポールピースを連結するためのヨークと
、該ヨークに巻回された前記ポールピース間に磁
場を形成するための励磁コイルと、前記磁場強度
を検出するための磁場強度検出手段と、該磁場強
度検出からの検出信号に基づいて前記励磁コイル
に供給する励磁電流を制御するための電源回路と
、前記ヨーク及びポールピースを伝つてきた前記
励磁コイルからの熱が前記磁場強度検出手段に伝
達されるのを阻止するための冷却部材と、及び該
冷却部材を冷却する手段を設けたことを特徴とす
る質量分析装置。
