Claims (1)
- 位置検知対象と連動して移動し磁界の強さが中
央部より移動方向と平行な方向へ略対称で略線形
に変化するギヤツプを有する磁気回路と、位置検
知対象の停止位置に配置され前記磁気回路のギヤ
ツプ中の磁界の強さを検知する磁気感応素子とを
備えたことを特徴とする位置センサー。
