Claims (1)
- 半導体素子を搭載するアイランドが連続的に形
成されているフープ状リードフレームをある一定
間隔毎に樹脂封止する封入装置において、フープ
状リードフレームを検出するイメージセンサと、
イメージセンサを作動させるための光源ユニツト
と、位置検出されたデータを予め記憶させている
位置データと比較し、位置補正を行う処理回路と
を有することを特徴とするフープ状リードフレー
ム位置検出機構。
