生地から1枚分のタオル素材を引出して、縦糸部分を裁
断するタオル生地の裁断装置において、基端部の先端か
ら突出する作用部が、縦糸部分の縦糸間に侵入し、該縦
糸部分を区分する横糸に係止し得る複数個のクシ歯部材
と、タオル生地の長手方向を横断して配置され、該クシ
歯部材の各基端部を所定間隔にて固定するクシ歯部材取
付軸と、該作用部を縦糸部分の縦糸間に侵入させるよう
に該クシ歯部材取付軸を一方向に回動させ、かつ、抜脱
させるように該クシ歯部材取付軸を他方向に回動させる
と共に、該クシ歯部材の作用部を抜脱させる際、該クシ
歯部材取付軸に前記作用部の横糸との係止を離脱させる
方向への移動を与える移動機構とを備えるタオル生地整
