- 不活性ガスの流路を遮断するバルブおよびバル
ブシートと、前記流路内の前記バルブよりも上流
に設置させた前記不活性ガスの流量センサーと、
前記流量センサーからの出力ラインを具備したこ
とを特徴とするパージバルブ。
