Claims (1)
- 絶縁フイルム上にフイルムの幅方向に１ピツチ
ずつ位置をずらして複数のコイル展開パターンが
並列状に形成され、各コイル展開パターンの終端
側の接続端部側には透孔窓が形成されて、コイル
展開パターンの終端側の接続端末部がその透孔窓
内に舌片状に突出されており、前記絶縁フイルム
が１ターン巻かれた状態で、各コイル展開パター
ンの舌片状の接続端末部が前記透孔窓を通して隣
りに位置する次のターンのコイル展開パターンの
始端側端末部に接続されて１ターン巻きされた絶
縁フイルム上に複数ターンのコイルが形成されて
いるソレノイド。
