Claims (1)
- フエライト磁性体の内部に、積層状に配置され
、かつスルーホールで連結された薄層状導体パタ
ーンによつてらせん状に形成されたコイルが含ま
れており、該コイルの始端と終端とが上記磁性体
末端に設けられたそれぞれ別の外部電極端子に接
続されている構造の積層体チツプインダクタであ
つて、上記らせん状コイルの任意の位置でその一
部を構成している少なくとも１ターン分の導体が
他の部分と異なつたコイル線幅を有していること
を特徴とする積層チツプインダクタ。
