  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 デイスクロータを挟んだ状態で配設された一対
    のパツドと、一本の線材から曲成されて平面形状
    が略Ｖ字状を成し、両端部に設けられた一対の折
    曲部に該一対のパツドを互いに離隔する方向へ付
    勢するリターンスプリングとを備えた形式のデイ
    スクブレーキにおいて、 前記リターンスプリングの折曲部を、前記パツ
    ドが予め定められた一定限度まで摩耗したときに
    前記デイスクロータと接触する位置に位置させた
    ことを特徴とするデイスクブレーキ。
