Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 円盤形を有するローターの両側に、一対の
    ブレーキパツドを配置し、一対のブレーキパツド
    を回転するローターの両側面に押圧させて制動す
    るデイスクブレーキにおいて、 １本の線材を同一平面上で屈曲形成し、一対の
    ブレーキパツドを拡開方向に付勢するばね機能を
    有する本体部と、 本体部の両終端部を外方に向けてほぼ直角に折
    曲形成した掛止部とから成るパツドリトラクシヨ
    ンスプリングを用い、 前記スプリングの各掛止部を一対のブレーキパ
    ツドに掛止すると共に、 掛止部を支点としたパツドリトラクシヨンスプ
    リングの回転を規制し得るように本体部の途上を
    非可動部材上に配設した、 デイスクブレーキにおけるパツドリトラクシヨ
    ンスプリングの取付構造。 (2) 円盤形を有するローターの両側に、一対の
    ブレーキパツドを配置し、一対のブレーキパツド
    を回転するローターの両側面に押圧させて制動す
    る、デイスクブレーキにおいて、 １本の線材をを同一平面上で屈曲形成し、一対
    のブレーキパツドを拡開方向に付勢するばね機能
    を有する本体部と、 本体部の両端部近くを外方に向けてほぼ直角に
    折曲形成した掛止部と、 両掛止部よりのびた延長部とから成るパツドリ
    トラクシヨンスプリングを用い、 前記スプリングの各掛止部を一対のブレーキパ
    ツドに掛止し、 掛止部を支点としたパツドリトラクシヨンスプ
    リングの回転を規制し得るように本体部の途上を
    非可動部材上に配設すると共に、 各延長部をブレーキパツドに係合した、 デイスクブレーキにおけるパツドリトラクシヨ
    ンスプリングの取付構造。
