It becomes difficult to separate 1.1 from the product, defective products occur due to such resin particles, and the work of removing the resin particles from the metal plate 1.1 becomes troublesome.
If the metal plates 1, 1 are not sufficiently removed, various problems may occur, such as the product being dented during subsequent heating and pressurization.

When heating and pressurizing the prepregs 3 in close proximity, the resin particles flowing out from the prepreg 3 are prevented from reaching the metal plates 1, 1 by increasing the area and protruding from the periphery of the prepreg 3. However, the resin particles may adhere to the metal plate 1, or enter between the metal plates 1, 1 and the metal foil 2, making it difficult to separate the metal plate 1.1 from the product. Defective products may be produced due to the resin spacing, and it is necessary to remove the resin flakes from the metal plates 1, 1, which is troublesome, and if the metal plates 1, 1 are not removed sufficiently, the subsequent heating may be difficult. This is to avoid the problem caused by the resin particles reaching the metal plate 1.1, which causes dents in the product when pressurized. The details will be explained based on the following.

Then, the prepreg 3 between the metal plates 1, 1 is passed through the heating mold plates 4, 4 on the upper and lower surfaces to raise the temperature to an appropriate temperature, and heated and pressurized by bringing the heating mold plates 4, 4 close together. has a larger surface area than the prepreg 3 and is thicker than the metal plate 1 (so that the peripheral part of the metal @2 protrudes from the peripheral part of the prepreg 3 and the peripheral part of the metal plate 1). Therefore, metal plate 1
, 1 are heated and pressurized in close proximity to each other, the resin particles flowing out from the prepreg 3 are prevented from reaching the metal plates 1 and 1 by increasing the area and protruding from the periphery of the prepreg 3. It is. In this way, the resin particles are prevented from adhering to the metal plate 1 or from entering between the metal plate 1 and the metal M2. This prevents the production of defective products. Also, there is no need to remove the resin particles one by one from the metal plate.
This prevents the product from being dented during subsequent heating and pressing when the metal plates 1, 1 are not sufficiently removed.

When heating and pressurizing is performed by keeping the prepreg close to each other, the resin particles flowing out from the prepreg are prevented from reaching the metal plate by increasing the area and protruding from the circumference of the prepreg, and the resin particles are prevented from reaching the metal plate. It may adhere to the plate or penetrate between the metal plate and the metal foil, making it difficult to separate the metal plate from the product, or producing defective products with such resin foil. It is necessary to remove the resin from the metal plate, which is troublesome, and if it is not removed sufficiently from the metal plate, the resin particles will end up on the metal plate, causing dents in the product during subsequent heating and pressurization. The advantage is that problems caused by this can be avoided.
