Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) グラビア塗布ロールに被着した塗料の過剰
分を該ロール周面に摺接する金属製ドクターブレ
ードにて掻き落とした上で、該塗布ロールに接し
て連続走行するシート表面に上記被着塗料を転移
塗布するグラビア塗布装置において、上記ドクタ
ーブレードの先端縁がグラビア塗布ロールの表面
に対して実質的に接触圧を及ぼさない状態で接し
ていることを特徴とするグラビア塗布装置。 (2) グラビア塗布ロールの円周下部に塗料供給
部が設定されると共に円周上部に塗布部が設定さ
れ、該塗布ロールの円周上半側にドクターブレー
ドが先端を水平よりも下向きとして接触する請求
項(1)に記載のグラビア塗布装置。
