Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） 本発明は、穀物類を搬送するためのベルトコンベア装置
において、搬送ベルトを筒体に収容したパイプ誘導式ベ
ルトコンベア装置に関する。
（従来技術） 一般に、穀物等の搬送に利用されるベルトコンベアは、
穀物等がこ、ぼれないように搬送部の縁部を高くし、そ
の搬送部、リターン部とも複数のキャリアローラで支持
されていることが多い。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）無端環状の搬送ベルトの搬送部側ベルトおよびリ
    ターン部側ベルトを筒体内部に挿通し、該筒体内周面の
    下側に搬送部側ベルトを摺接させ、また、上側にリター
    ン部側ベルトを摺接してなり、搬送部側ベルトの搬出口
    側に該搬送ベルトに張力を与えるためのテンション装置
    と前記搬送ベルトを回転させるためのドライブプーリー
    を設け、搬出口側に配した受口に搬出物が流入するよう
    に前記搬送部側ベルトを搬出口側の所定箇所で一旦下方
    に曲げて下向きの搬送路を形成したことを特徴とするパ
    イプ誘導式ベルトコンベア装置。
