Claims (1)
- 被装着者の腹側に位置させる腹側吸収体と被装
着者の背側に位置させる背側吸収体とを、液透過
性と表面層と液不透過性の防漏層の間に体液を吸
収する吸収層を位置して形成し、この別個に形成
した腹側吸収体と背側吸収体の一端を連結帯によ
り環状に連結するとともに背側吸収体の吸収部の
両側に設けたサイドフラツプにギヤザーを形成し
、このギヤザーを設けたサイドフラツプと吸収部
間に切込みを形成し、この切込みにより分離した
一対のサイドフラツプと吸収部の先端に、腹側吸
収体の外面に貼着するための貼着部を形成した事
を特徴とする使捨ておむつ。
