Claims (1)
- 重量物支持部材の底面に突設された複数の球面
軸と、前記球面軸に全方向に回動可能に嵌装され
下部周辺部に環状切欠きを有し下面中央部に摺動
材を装着した球面座付ピストンと、前記球面座付
ピストンに上下に摺動可能に嵌装され下部内周に
前記環状切欠きに係合する環状段部を有し下面に
摺動材を装着したシリンダと、前記環状段部の上
側に連通する高圧流体供給ラインとを具え、前記
球面座付ピストン及び球面軸を介して高圧流体に
より重量物支持部材を押上げ、前記シリンダによ
り高圧流体を密封保持することを特徴とする液圧
式重量支持装置。
