- ＣＣＤラインセンサの画素の並び方向に多数の
セパレータを配置したＣＣＤラインセンサ用視野
抑制窓において、前記セパレータのピツチを、検
出面を照射する光量の多い部分では小さくし、光
量の少ない部分では大きくしたものとなし、ＣＣ
Ｄライセンサへの受光量を全受光面において平均
化することを特徴としたＣＣＤライセンサ用視野
抑制窓。
