Claims (1)
- ＣＣＤラインセンサの画素の並び方向に多数の
セパレータを配置したＣＣＤラインセンサ用視野
抑制窓において、前記ＣＣＤラインセンサの画素
に直交する方向の前記セパレータの高さを、検出
面を照射する光量の多い部分では高くし、光量の
少ない部分では低いものとなし、ＣＣＤラインセ
ンサへの受光量を全受光面において平均化するこ
とを特徴としたＣＣＤラインセンサ用視野抑制窓
。
