Abstract

PURPOSE:To make high temperature heat collectable from exhaust steam by providing an absorber, which absorbs partly the waste steam of a steam turbine by an absorbent, and a flow path which allows a cooling medium to pass through successively in the order of a condenser and the absorber. CONSTITUTION:Waste steam one part 206 from a steam turbine 20 is fed to a condenser 29, cooled by hot water 209 and condensed. While the rest of waste steam 205 is fed to an absorber 28 via a valve 37 and absorbed by a rich absorbent 208 to generate heat with the hot water heated and collected as heat collecting water 210. Here a diluted absorbent 207, output from the absorber 28, is preheated in a heat exchanger 27 by an absorbent pump 30 thereafter fed to a regenerator 24 there heat-concentrated into the rich absorbent 208 which is precooled by the heat exchanger 27 thereafter returned to the absorber 28. Thus being possible to collect high temperature heat as the heat collecting water 210 from the waste steams 205, 206 from the steam turbine 20, a steam turbine system, which supplies electric power and heat by using thermal energy, can be presented.

In urban development, research is being conducted into systems that supply electricity and heat (cold heat for air conditioning and warm heat for space heating, hot water, etc.) from energy centers to cities. One method is to generate electricity by driving a gas turbine using fuel such as gas in an energy center, and then generate steam from the exhaust gas (current applied at 400-500°C) using a waste heat recovery boiler. Systems are used that drive steam turbines to generate electricity, or directly utilize the generated steam as heat. One object of the present invention is to provide a steam turbine, a generator for supplying steam to the steam turbine, and a condenser for condensing exhaust steam from the steam turbine, and to convert a portion of the exhaust steam from the steam turbine into an absorbent. This is achieved by a steam turbine system comprising an absorber that absorbs water by a cooling medium, and a flow path for passing a cooling medium through the condenser and the face of the absorber.

In this system, steam turbine exhaust steam is not only condensed into water in a condenser, but also absorbed by an absorbent, and the cooling medium that flows to the condenser and absorber flows to the absorber via the condenser. . By doing so, it was possible to significantly increase the heat recovered from the cooling medium. For example, assuming that the exhaust steam temperature of a steam turbine is around 40°C, if only a condenser is installed, normally only the recovered heat can be obtained which is lower than the exhaust steam temperature, but if an absorber is installed, as mentioned above, By flowing a cooling medium through the condenser and absorber in this order, it was possible to increase the heat recovered by the cooling medium to 40 to 80°C.

It is desirable to provide a valve for regulating the flow rate of exhaust steam in both the exhaust steam flow path connecting the steam turbine outlet and the condenser and the exhaust steam flow path connecting the steam turbine outlet and the absorber. By adjusting the opening degree of these valves,
The heat recovery temperature by the cooling medium can be controlled. To add to the explanation, the higher the exhaust steam pressure, the higher the recovery temperature. Therefore, if the exhaust steam from the steam turbine is taken out at multiple locations on the high-pressure side and low-pressure side, and one of them is connected to the condenser and the other to the low-pressure side, the exhaust steam flow rate control valve can be opened. By adjusting the temperature, the heat recovery temperature can be controlled.

When using a regenerator, a corrosive aqueous solution such as a LiBr solution is concentrated to generate steam, so the regenerator cannot be heated to a very high temperature. If the heating temperature is high, the container or piping system will be corroded by the solution and damaged. Therefore, it is desirable to provide a boiler before the regenerator and heat the regenerator using the exhaust heat of the boiler as a heat source.

By doing this, the boiler is first heated with high-temperature thermal energy, and the exhaust heat whose temperature has decreased due to heating the boiler is used to heat the regenerator, which causes the problem of corrosion caused by the absorption liquid. It is possible to increase the amount of power generated by the steam turbine while avoiding this.

Between the above-mentioned regenerator and the absorber provided at the outlet side of the steam turbine, there is a path that absorbs the steam turbine exhaust steam and sends the diluted absorbent-containing aqueous solution from the absorber to the regenerator, and a route that conveys the diluted absorbent-containing aqueous solution from the absorber to the regenerator. It is highly desirable to have a path for conveying the absorbed absorbent-containing aqueous solution from the regenerator to the absorber.

It is desirable to provide a mist removal device between the regenerator and the steam turbine to remove mist from the steam generated in the regenerator. The water vapor generated by the regenerator often contains mist. If steam containing mist is sent to a steam turbine, the steam turbine will be corroded. In order to prevent this, it is desirable to provide a mist removal device equipped with, for example, a hydrophobic porous membrane.

It is also desirable to provide an economizer for boiler feedwater heating downstream of the regenerator. By providing an economizer for heating boiler feed water, it is possible to suppress a drop in the exhaust heat temperature of the boiler and increase the temperature of steam generated from the regenerator, thereby improving the power generation efficiency of the steam turbine.

In order to effectively utilize the thermal energy for steam generation, it is also desirable to provide a low-temperature boiler after or before the regenerator and send the steam generated by the low-temperature boiler to the steam turbine. In this case, if the low temperature boiler is heated using the exhaust heat of the regenerator or the high temperature boiler, there is no need to separately provide a heat source for heating the low temperature boiler.

The temperature of the exhaust gas from a gas turbine can be as high as around 500'C. If the solution containing the absorbent is heated and concentrated using such high-temperature exhaust gas as a direct heat source for the regenerator, the container containing the absorbent solution and the piping system will be corroded and damaged. Therefore, a boiler is installed before the regenerator, and the high-temperature exhaust gas from the gas turbine first heats the boiler to generate high-temperature steam, and the exhaust gas whose temperature has decreased due to the generation of steam is sent to the regenerator to heat the regenerator. This becomes effective.

(7) Heating the regenerator at a higher temperature generates high-temperature, high-pressure steam and increases the amount of power generation, but local heating with high-temperature exhaust gas tends to cause pitting corrosion, making it impossible to raise the exhaust gas temperature. Therefore, in order to prevent local heating, by using steam that can be heated at a uniform temperature, pitting corrosion can be prevented and steam at a higher temperature can be generated.

In the present invention, as a method of changing the thermoelectric ratio, increasing the amount of heat recovery (reducing the amount of power generation) is done by adjusting the water supply 200 with valves 32 and 33, and reducing the amount of water supplied to the high-temperature boiler 23 to reduce the amount of high-pressure steam. Therefore, the amount of power generation decreases, and conversely, the temperature of the regenerator 24 increases, which increases the concentration of the absorbent, and at the same time the temperature of the absorber increases, the amount of steam flowing into the absorber increases, so the heat recovery from the absorber increases. The amount increases. Another method is to take out the exhaust steam from the turbine as high-pressure steam through the valve 36, thereby reducing the steam turbine output and increasing the pressure in the absorber 28, thereby obtaining higher temperature heat recovery water.

In order to increase the amount of power generation, the amount of water supplied to the high temperature boiler 22 is increased by adjusting the valves 34 and 35 to increase the amount of high pressure steam generated.
In addition, by lowering the cooling temperature of the absorber 28, the turbine back pressure can be lowered and power generation efficiency can be increased. As mentioned above,
The thermoelectric ratio can be adjusted by adjusting the water supply system valves 34.35 and the exhaust steam system valves 36.37.

Figure 2 shows an example of a compact system with high power generation efficiency. In the system of the present invention, focusing on the low contribution rate of low-pressure steam generated from a low-temperature boiler to power generation, the low-temperature zone of the exhaust gas is limited to the economizer 23' for heating the feed water, and the rest is the same as that in Fig. 1, and is compact. This is an attempt to simplify and simplify the process. In this example, the amount of power generation increases because the amount of high-pressure steam generated increases, but the amount of steam absorbed into the absorber is limited, so the amount of heat recovered is lower than in Figure 1. This is advantageous as a compact system.

FIG. 3 shows an embodiment of a system that can reduce problems caused by absorbent corrosion in the regenerator. This is done by heating the regenerator with steam in order to prevent pitting corrosion (local pinhole-like holes are formed due to corrosion) that occurs where the absorbent is locally heated.

Low pressure superheated steam 203' generated in the regenerator 24' flows into the low pressure section of the steam turbine 20. The rest is the same as in FIG. In this embodiment, corrosion troubles in the regenerator can be prevented and reliability is increased, and heat is recovered from the exhaust gas 103 only by the water boiler, and the amount of water vapor in the medium pressure boiler is reduced by the valve 34'.
36' has the advantage that the thermoelectric ratio (absorber/capacitor ratio) can be easily changed.
