て、 (a) 前記複数の基板が載置される金属板と、 (b) 該金属板の前記複数の基板の外周に対応す
る位置に沿つて形成される複数個の突起と、 (c) 前記金属板の複数個の突起の基板側に形成
される穴とを具備することを特徴とする混成集積
回路の半田リフロー治具。
