のは困難であって、多少のずれが生ずるのは仕方ないこ
とである。しかしながら、そのずれが大きくなると被塗
物に塗り残しを生じ、手作業により補修塗りをしなけれ

ケータ6は循環走行する無端チェーン9に取付棒lOが
連結され、これにスプレィガン7が取り付けられていて
無端チェーン9の走行により昇降運動をするようになっ
ている。各センサ4.5の検知信号は演算部8に入力さ
れ、演算結果がレシプロケータの図示しない制御部に入
力されてスプレィガン7の塗料の噴射と停止が制御され

を変えるようにしたから、被塗物aとハンガ2との間に
ずれがあっても被塗物aを正しく塗装することができる
