Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、吸塵機用の支持ベルト装置に関する。
〔従来の技術〕
例えば、いわゆる手持ち吸塵機又は柄付き吸塵機の使用
者が、吸引管の使用を必要とする作業をしようとする場
合に常に吸ｓｉｎ用の支持ベルト装置が必要とされる。
いわゆる手持ち又は柄付き吸塵機は通常ノズルによって
床の上に支持されるから、吸引管の使用の際に、手持ち
又は柄付き吸塵機をおいている手で支持しかつ他方の手
で吸引管を操作することが必要である。
これは非常に厄介であるから、吸塵機を「肩に掛ける」
ための支持ベルトが使用される。このようにして重量は
一層良好に支持されかつ両手は作業のためにおいている
。このような支持べルトは付加部分であり、この付加部
分はあまり使用されず、従ってすぐにしまい忘れてしま
うので、必要な場合に見つからない。従ってこの支持ベ
ルトを吸塵機に、常にそこに存在するように、配置する
ようになった。これは、例えばドイツ連邦共和国実用新
案第８２２４６１１号明細書に示されている。ここでは
、手持ち吸塵機のモータ頭部に取っ手が取り付けられ、
この取っ手は取外し可能にモータ頭部と結合されている
。
この取っ手は、中空に構成された取っ手部分を持ってお
り、この取っ手部分の中に支持ベルトが配置されている
。この取っ手部分は揺動板により閉鎖されている。この
揺動板が開放されると、支持ベルトを取り出すことがで
き、使用後にこの支持ベルトはループ状挿入により再び
取っ手部分に詰め込まれかつ揺動板が閉鎖される。
取っ手及び支持ベルトは単位体にまとめられているにも
拘らず、この取っ手は、「通常の吸引Ｊ゛のために取り
外されなければならない別体の部分である。しかしいか
なる作業においてもほば腰の高さ以上に吸引管及び支持
ベルトが使用されなければならないから、又２つの別体
の部分が存在する。
〔発明が解決しようとする課題〕
本発明の課題は、これらの画部分を簡単に使用され得る
ように一体化することである。
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
本発明によればこの課題は、支持ベルトが収集円筒上に
配置されており、この取集円筒が吸引管の取っ手にある
ことによって解決される。
それ以外の構成は従属特許請求の範囲から分かる。
〔実施例〕
図面に示された実施例について本発明を以下に説明する
。
第１図は、吸引管２の使用を必要とする作業が行なわれ
る場合の、いわゆる手持ち又は柄付き吸塵機！による作
業を概略的に示している。
そのために、破線で示されている案内柄が取り外され、
吸引接続部３に吸引管２が接続される。
吸引管２の取っ手４の中に支持ベルト５があり、この支
持ベルトはモータ頭部６に取り付けられる。このように
して、手持ち又は柄付き吸塵機ｌを「肩に掛けて」支持
しかつ吸引管２を床面の上方に、いやむしろ頭の高さの
所及び頭の高さ以上の所に位置させて作業することが可
能である。そのために吸引管２の取っ手７上に吸引ノズ
ル８がはめられる。
第２図は吸引管２を詳細に示している。この吸引管は、
両側に取っ手４及び７を備えている管部分９から成る。
取っ手７は吸引ノズルの接続のために使われ、取っ手４
は吸塵機の吸引接続部に接続される（第１図参照）。取
っ手４は取集円筒１０を持っており、この収集円筒に支
持ベルト５が巻き付けられる。この収集日ｆＦｉｆｌＯ
は管状スリーブ状の延長部１１を備えており、この延長
部は端部１２に回転可能に支持されておりかつこうして
取っ手４も形成している。付加的に収集円筒１０は覆い
１３に覆われており、この覆いは端部１２と固定的に結
合されている。
この覆い１３は出口スリット１４を持っており、この出
口スリットを通って支持ベルト５が外部へ導かれている
。取っ手４は吸塵機の吸引接続部上にはめられ、支持ベ
ルト５は収集円筒１０から引き出され得る。この支持ベ
ルトはモータ頭部６の他方の端部にかぎ１５によって取
り付けられている（第１図参照）。支持ベルト５がもは
や必要とされない場合、この支持ベルトは、管状スリー
ブ状の延長部１１により形成される取っ手４を回すこと
により再び収集円筒！０に巻き取られる。このようにし
て、吸引管２の使用の際に常に直ちに支持ベルト５を使
用することができる。

る作業の概略図、第２図は一端に配置され、組み込まれ

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １　支持ベルト（５）が収集円筒（１０）上に配置され
    ており、この収集円筒が吸引管（２）の取つ手（４）に
    あることを特徴とする、吸塵機用の支持ベルト装置。 ２　収集円筒（１０）が管状スリーブ状の延長部（１１
    ）を備えており、この延長部が吸引管端部（１２）に回
    転可能に配置されかつ同時に吸引管（２）の取つ手（４
    ）を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項１に記載の
    支持ベルト装置。 ３　収集円筒（１０）が、固定されかつ吸引管端部（１
    ２）と結合されている覆い（１３）により覆われている
    ことを特徴とする、請求項１に記載の支持ベルト装置。 ４　覆い（１３）が支持ベルト（５）用の出口スリット
    （１４）を持つていることを特徴とする、請求項３に記
    載の支持ベルト装置。 ５　支持ベルト（５）が自由端にかぎ（１５）を備えて
    いることを特徴とする、請求項１に記載の支持ベルト装
    置。
