Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 線材を送り出す材料ガイドと、材料ガイドから
    送り出される線材に対し湾曲加工をするコイリン
    グツールと湾曲に対しピツチを付与するピツチツ
    ールと、材料ガイドより作成されたコイルばねの
    自由長を測定する検長器と、それらを関係的に制
    御するＮＣ制御装置とを備えたコイルばね製造機
    にあつて、ＮＣ制御装置からの信号で回動するサ
    ーボモータと、サーボモータの出力軸から回転が
    伝達される駆動軸と、駆動軸に固定された揺動カ
    ムと、揺動カムにより揺動されるＬ形レバーと、
    Ｌ形レバーにより往復運動されるピツチツールと
    から構成され検長器で自由長を測定した信号でＮ
    Ｃ制御装置にインプツトされたプログラムの既知
    数内容を修正することによりこの修正された信号
    で揺動カムの揺動量を部分的に変化させ常に最適
    状態となるようにピツチツールを制御してコイル
    ばねの自由長を調整することを特徴とするコイル
    ばね製造機の自由長調整装置。
