Next, the clip pieces 22b, 22b are opened by the retraction of the piston 25 of the air cylinder 24, and the grip of the dough W by the clip 22 is released, and at the same time, the shaft 35 of the rotary air cylinder 34 is opened.
As the rotation returns, the contact plates 37, 37 return to rotation, and then, as the pistons 41, 28, 33 of the air cylinders 40, 29, 32 retract and return, the clip 22 and the contact plate 37 return to their original positions J. It returns and the cylindrical part W3 of the dough W becomes the rods 75 and 76.
The material is gripped by the holder and folded into a half-fold shape as shown in FIG.

Next, a suitable conveying member C is moved in parallel in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 19, and as shown in FIG.
3, and with the presser plate 52 raised and returned to its original position, and the rod 76 released and returned to its original position, the material W is gripped by the conveying member C having the clipping means C1, C2, and C3, and the material W is again moved in parallel in the opposite direction; The fabric W is conveyed and supplied to an appropriate sewing machine process. In the present invention, in the cylindrical fabric that has been appropriately cut as described above, the cut portion is expanded into a bifurcated shape, the cylindrical portion is further narrowed, and the cylindrical portion is folded in half through a bar, and then sent to the sewing machine process. Since the fabric can be easily transported and fed, it is excellent as a method and device for organizing cut fabrics.

[Scope of Claims] 1. A cylindrical portion of a cylindrical fabric cut into a desired shape is held above the surfaces of a pair of parallel tables separated by a required gap, and is cut into the gap between the tables by holding it with a pair of clips. Then, a pair of presser rods that press the front side of the cut fabric are lowered near the edge of the table, and a pair of fabric spreading bars located above the gap inside the cut fabric are moved opposite each other. The cut portion is spread on the table surface in a bifurcated manner by moving the fabric in the same direction as the fabric, and while pressing each spread fabric, the cylindrical portion held by the clip can be moved left and right and back and forth. gripping the cylindrical part with a gripping member, and then raising the pair of presser rods, which are movable back and forth and up and down at a height of about half the length of the cylindrical part of the dough, on both sides of the cylindrical dough;
Next, the gripping member is moved forward to grip the fabric by bringing the pair of presser rods into close contact with each other, and then the gripping member is released and the cylindrical portion is folded in half via the presser rods. How to organize cut fabric. 2. A pair of parallel tables are provided with a required gap between them, and a pair of dough spreading bars are installed parallel to the gap and are movable back and forth so that they can be moved adjacent to each other and separated.
A pair of dough presser rods are provided above the bar and parallel to the gap so that they can move up and down as well as toward and away from each other.A dough press is provided parallel to the gap and above each table surface so that it can be moved up and down. A fabric organizing device characterized in that a clip that can be raised and lowered is provided, and fabric gripping members are provided on both sides of the gap so as to be movable left and right and back and forth.
