Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 黒鉛材からなるルツボ本体の上部に、当該ルツ
ボ本体内の溶融物の浸透または濡れの広がりを阻
止する堰部材を取付けた黒鉛製ルツボにおいて、 前記ルツボ本体と堰部材間に、樹脂を炭化する
ことによつて形成した接着層を介在させて、この
接着層により前記ルツボ本体と堰部材とを固着し
たことを特徴とする蒸着用黒鉛製ルツボ。
