Claims (1)
- 固定台１上に送りねじ４に対して平行に設けら
れた専用ガイド１０上に移動可能に設けられ移動
方向に対して直角な対向する側面１１ｂが静圧軸
受対応面に形成され前記送りねじに螺合されるナ
ツト１２を有するナツトハウジング部材１１と、
移動体３に固着され前記対向する側面１１ｂの間
に静圧パツトを有する両側面１３ａが所定の隙間
を有して挿入されるブロツク１３と、前記静圧パ
ツトに圧油を供給する圧油供給部材１８とを含ん
でなり、静圧軸受を介して送り方向の推力のみを
伝達することを特徴とするねじ送り機構。
