[Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to an overall type dust-proof garment, and more specifically to an improved dust-proof garment that prevents dust generated from clothing worn under the dust-proof garment and the human body from blowing out from the collar, cuffs, etc. Regarding. [Prior art] The fabric used for dustproof clothing contains conductive fibers and antistatic fibers, so it does not generate static electricity.
It is designed to prevent dust generated from clothing worn under the dustproof clothing and the human body from coming out through the fabric of the dustproof clothing. [Problems that the invention aims to solve] However, the collar of normal dustproof clothing has a wide neck dimension and is non-stretchable, so it does not fit tightly to the neck, and air containing a lot of dust from underwear etc. can escape. In addition, since the cuffs are single-layered and made of rubber, they form gears that reduce the sealing effect by half, and dust accumulates on the gears and generates dust during work, so it is still not perfect as a dust-proof garment. No measures were taken to prevent dust generation. In addition, conventional dustproof clothing usually has a body made of high-density fabric, which has the disadvantage of being hot during work that requires a lot of exercise, which affects work efficiency. The present invention eliminates the drawbacks of conventional dust-proof clothing, makes it almost completely sealed, blocks the discharge of dirty air containing a lot of dust, and eliminates gears such as cuffs, which prevents dust from accumulating. It provides dustproof clothing. Additionally, this invention has been adopted in high-precision clean rooms. This product provides dustproof clothing that is compatible with clean systems that move air from the ceiling to below the floor. In other words, by making the ankles open and using a structure that allows the air containing the fabric inside the clothing to be exhausted only to the floor, the user can move easily throughout the body without the difficulty of movement caused by sealed air. What's more, it is an extremely ideal dust-proofing measure that prevents dirty air and dust from being discharged from the upper body. [Means for solving the problems] The purpose of the present invention is as follows:
achieved. That is, (1) an overall type dustproof garment in which a jacket and pants are integrally formed, the collar of the jacket is made of stretchable fabric, and the cuffs are made of sealed outer sleeves and inner sleeves; A dustproof garment having a double structure, the outer sleeve side of the cuff portion having a wrapping structure. (2) The dust-proof garment according to claim 1, wherein the dust-proof garment has an open ankle portion of the pants. The feature of this invention is that the collar is made of stretchable fabric.
The sleeves have a double-sleeve sealed structure, and the inner and outer cuffs of the two cuffs are wrapped around each other to eliminate gears. The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 indicates a joining portion of the inner sleeve and outer sleeve, 2 indicates a cuff portion of the inner sleeve, and 3 indicates a cuff portion of the outer sleeve. The cuffs of the inner sleeves are made of wide rubber and are brought into close contact with the elbows, and the cuffs of the outer sleeves are made of hook-and-loop fasteners 4, which are wound around the wrists to tightly fit them. A fastener 6 is attached to the ankle 5 slightly above the knee, and has a structure that can be opened and closed. With this structure, when you want to open the fastener, you can open the fastener to create a wider hem, for example, and when you want to seal it, you can open the fastener 6. By closing the fastener, the ankle can be brought into close contact and air can be sealed off. The collar 9 is made of stretchable fabric and has a structure that allows it to fit tightly around the neck. In other words, the air containing dust inside clothes is easily exhausted mainly from the neck.
For this part, it is necessary to select a material and structure that has a particularly tight fit and a sufficient sealing effect. Such a material is preferably a fabric having an elongation of 15% or more in at least one direction, such as a knitted fabric using filament yarn. In particular, a non-breathable fabric obtained by laminating or coating such a fabric with a moisture-permeable film is a preferred material. It is preferable to select a fabric used for dustproof clothing that has excellent wash resistance and breathability properties. In other words, such materials have an air permeability of 1 to 10 c.c./
A material having properties of cm 2 /sec and moisture permeability of 7000 g/m 2 ·24 hr or more is preferable. In addition, in order to prevent dust generated from within the body and dust generated from work from being expelled from or attracted to the fabric, frictional charging voltage must be applied.
It is preferable to select a material having the following characteristics: 3 KV or less and a triboelectric charge density of 7 μc/m 2 or less. Materials with such properties are high-density fabrics mainly consisting of plain weave or twill weave made of synthetic fiber multifilaments of 50 to 150 d, and have an electrical resistivity of 1 x 10 6 Ω・cm or less (20°C, 40% RH). under conditions)
This can be achieved by using a fabric in which, for example, 0.05 to 5.0% by weight of the entire fabric is mixed with conductive filament yarn. Examples of conductive fibers include fibers in which a fiber-forming polymer containing carbon black is composited and mixed with ordinary fiber-forming polymers such as polyacrylonitrile, polyester, polyamide, etc. in the form of streaks. The carbon black-containing polymer is selected to be miscible with, but not soluble in, the fiber-forming polymer. The usual way to mix it into the fabric is to insert it in a striped or lattice pattern at regular intervals. The density is preferably at least 100 lines/inch. In addition, in order to prevent dust from being discharged or adsorbed by the fabric, it is necessary to have a high dust collection efficiency (dust collection efficiency of 95%).
The above) fabric is preferable, but for that purpose, the single yarn fineness is small and the electrical resistivity is 1×10 7 to 10
A fabric using an antistatic filament yarn having a resistance of Ω·cm is preferable. For example, this can be achieved by replacing the non-conductive fiber portion of the conductive fiber-mixed fabric with the antistatic fiber. The amount of substitution is best for all of the non-conductive fibers, but usually at least 10% by weight, preferably 30% or more by weight of the non-conductive fibers.
Antistatic fibers are fibers with a single yarn fineness of 5d or less,
Examples include composite or mixed fibers containing a hydrophilic polymer (antistatic agent) on or inside the fibers. Examples of such polymers include those commonly used as antistatic agents, such as antistatic polymers having polyalkylene glycol units and antistatic polymers containing quaternary ammonium bases. In recent years, the semiconductor manufacturing industry has seen an increase in the number of high-precision products such as ultra-LSIs, and the clean rooms in which they are manufactured are now required to have extremely high environmental cleanliness levels such as class-10 or class-1. It became. These clean rooms employ a vertical laminar flow system in which purified air is supplied from the ceiling and is sucked and discharged to the floor while preventing contaminated air from dispersing. The present invention exhibits particularly excellent workability and comfort when worn and working in clean rooms where a high level of environmental cleanliness is required. That is, a dust-proof garment suitable for such a system preferably has a structure in which the front flap 8 is located off the center of the front, located near the sleeve and side seams, and can be opened and closed using, for example, a zipper. By doing so,
It is possible to reduce the volumetric expansion and contraction of clothing due to body bending, and it is possible to control the discharge of dust from the front. In addition, from the perspective of clothing design, it is desirable to reduce the amount of room in the width direction so that it fits the body better, from the standpoint of fashionability and prevention of dust generation.
In that case as well, such a structure exhibits favorable effects. Furthermore, in the present invention, the ankles of the dustproof clothing are made open in order to provide a dustproof clothing structure convenient for such a clean room system. That is,
The open part is unique in that it is limited to the ankle area only. In other words, by doing this, the sealed air is not discharged from anywhere other than the ankle area, and
It has the advantage of improving the difficulty of movement and poor workability caused by closed air. The air exhausted from the ankle area is not diffused by the absorption/exhaust mechanism provided on the floor, but is exhausted as is.
This system and the dustproof clothing of the present invention have the advantage of easily creating an ultra-clean atmosphere. The dust-proof garment of the present invention has an open structure at the ankle, but it is of course also possible to have a fastener structure in this section and to make it sealed. That is, when moving to a room where the clean system is not installed and working, the user can work normally by tightening the zipper as appropriate and keeping the ankles in close contact with each other. Furthermore, it is preferable to further provide appropriate arm covers on the sleeves of such dustproof clothing to provide double protection against dust. The evaluation method for the characteristics of the dustproof clothing of the present invention is as follows. Aeration amount JIS-L-1096 to determine the amount of air passing through a test piece (cc/cm 2 /sec) using a flangier type tester

According to JIS-L-1099 Moisture permeability test method for textile products - A-1 method (calcium chloride method) for measuring m2.24hr . Dust collection efficiency The amount of atmospheric dust passing through the fabric is measured using a Hitachi laser dust monitor (TS-1500) and calculated using the formula below. Dust collection efficiency (%) = 1 (-B/A) x 100 [where A: amount of atmospheric dust before passing through the test piece B: amount of atmospheric dust after passing through the test piece] Frictional charging voltage 20 After washing the test piece five times in an atmosphere of 30% ℃ and 30% RH, the test piece is rubbed with a cloth to be rubbed (cotton gold cloth No. 3) for 60 seconds using a rotary static take tester, and the potential generated is measured. JIS-L-1094 Method for testing electrification properties of woven and knitted fabrics Based on rotary static tester method. The amount of charge is converted per 1 m 2 of sample, and this is defined as the amount of triboelectric charge. According to JIS-L-1094 Electrification test method for woven and knitted materials Faraday cage method. [Example] Both warp and weft are “Toray Tetron” (registered trademark)
The fabric is made of 100% filament, the warp is an ultra-fine yarn with a single yarn fineness of 0.8d, and the warp is an antistatic yarn with a single yarn fineness of 2d mixed with an antistatic agent ("Toray Tetron Palace S" (registered trademark), vertical and horizontal). Conductive yarn (“Toray Luana Tetron” (registered trademark)) is woven in a lattice pattern at 4 mm intervals in the direction, and the physical properties of the fabric are such that the frictional charging voltage increases in the vertical and horizontal directions.

[Table] Compared to conventional dust-proof clothing, the dust-proof clothing of this invention significantly reduces the amount of dust generated around the neck, cuffs, and chest.
Moreover, there were no problems in workability. It also had very good antistatic properties. In addition to the dust-proof clothing of the present invention, anti-static shoes made of conductive material were worn at the same time, and when tested in a clean room where the flooring was grounded with conductive material, it was found that the wearer moved around violently. Even when the voltage was high, the charged voltage was only 20 to 30 V at most. On the other hand, when wearing dust-proof clothing without anti-static measures, even when wearing anti-static shoes, an electrostatic charge of several hundred volts was immediately recorded. [Effects of the Invention] The present invention provides an excellent dustproof garment that almost completely blocks the discharge of dirty air containing a large amount of dust from inside the dustproof garment and does not accumulate dust. In addition, we provide dust-proof clothing that is suitable for rooms that use a clean system that moves air from the ceiling to below the floor. Air containing dust inside clothing can be exhausted only to the floor, reducing the difficulty of movement due to sealed air. Not only does the entire body move easily, but dirty air and dust are not discharged from the upper body, making it the ideal dust-proofing solution.
