The present invention relates to a novel substrate for anti-inflammatory and analgesic plasters. Anti-inflammatory and analgesic plasters (hereinafter simply referred to as plasters) are made of fabrics such as woven or non-woven fabrics, polyvinyl chloride films, polyethylene films, polyurethane films, or synthetic rubber coated on woven fabrics. An adhesive, which is a plaster agent containing salicylic acid ester as the main component, is applied to the back side, and a release film is also attached, and when used, the release film is peeled off and it is attached closely to the human body. be. Because such plaster materials are attached to the human body for a relatively long period of time, importance is placed on their resistance to rash on the body, ease of adaptation, and suitability to body movement. In particular, if the compatibility with biological movement is poor, it may not follow the expansion and contraction movement of the biological surface during use and may easily peel off, or the base material and skin surface may partially rub against each other, resulting in so-called bandage dermatitis. It may cause a rash. Further, if an attempt is made to increase the adhesive strength to suppress peeling or partial rubbing, a so-called stiff feeling will be created, which will inhibit the movement of the body and cause discomfort to the user. Therefore, recently, stretchable soft polyurethane films and stretchable knitted fabrics coated with synthetic rubber have come to be used as the above-mentioned base materials, but such soft films and biological Since it has not yet reached the point where it has a low modulus and elasticity that perfectly fits the movement, it has not yet been sufficient to eliminate the above problems. also,
When such plasters are applied to the human body, the base material surface comes into contact with clothing, so if the plaster does not slip well, it will make the clothing uncomfortable to wear, and consumers strongly desire improvements in this regard. It became like that. The inventors of the present invention have conducted repeated research in light of these circumstances, and have found that a 1,2-polybutadiene foam thin film with a specified foaming ratio and thickness has good compatibility with living organisms, texture,
Based on this knowledge, the present invention was developed by using a coating layer of a polymer material containing an organic or inorganic lubricant and having no ester bonds. It is an object of the present invention to provide a new plaster base material that can eliminate the above-mentioned problems and fully meet the demands of consumers. An embodiment of the present invention will be explained based on the attached drawings. Figure 1 is a stress-elongation characteristic diagram of various materials,
The figure is a partial vertical sectional view of plaster using a representative example of the present invention, and FIG. 8 is a similar view of another embodiment. That is, the present invention has a foaming ratio of 2 to 7 times and a thickness of 0.2 to 0.7 mm.
At least on the surface of the 1,2-polybutadiene foam thin film 1, a coating is made of a polymeric material having no ester bond and contains either an organic or an inorganic lubricant or both, and expands and contracts in cooperation with the foam thin film. This is a plaster base material characterized by having Layer 2 fixed thereon. Due to its unique flexibility and texture, 1,2-polybutadiene foam has come to be widely used in various cushioning materials and other applications, but after much trial and error, the inventors of the present invention found that the foaming ratio 2 to 7 times, thickness 0.2 to 0.7 mm
It has been found that when the 1,2-polybutadiene foam thin film is applied to the skin surface of the human body, its flexibility and elasticity allow it to fit the movements of the body very well and exhibit a unique texture and texture. That is, when the expansion ratio is 2 to 7 times, the unique flexibility of 1,2-polybutadiene resin and the elasticity of the bubbles synergize to provide elasticity and a suitable feel that are extremely compatible with biological movements, and the thickness increases. When the thickness is in the range of 0.2 to 0.7 mm, the drapability similar to that of cloth is maintained well, and the above-mentioned characteristics become even more remarkable. However, when the expansion ratio is less than 2 times, the apparent modulus is large and the elasticity is reduced, so the soft feel tends to decrease and the film becomes similar to a non-foamed film. On the other hand, if it exceeds 7 times, the proportion occupied by air bubbles will be large and the modulus will be low, but physical properties such as tear, tensile, and surface scratch resistance will deteriorate, and the surface will be easily abraded due to friction with clothing. In addition, it loses its "stiffness" and when used as a plaster base material, it has a poor fit with living body movements and tends to peel off more easily than living bodies. Furthermore, even if the foaming ratio is set within the preferred range above, if the thickness is less than 0.2 mm, the elasticity and flexibility of the foam will be canceled out, making it similar to plaster, and the thickness will be reduced during the manufacturing process. It becomes difficult to generate effective foaming inside, and conversely, if it exceeds 0.7 mm, drapability tends to be poor and compatibility with biological movements tends to deteriorate. Originally, there are many known synthetic resin foams such as urethane resin foam, soft polyvinyl chloride resin foam, and synthetic rubber foam.
For all of these foams, it is extremely difficult to produce a foam with a thin film and a relatively high magnification as described above, and the reason why it is possible with 1,2 polybutadiene is that 1, This is thought to be due to the unique properties of 2-polybutadiene as a thermoplastic elastomer. Therefore, it can be said that the properties obtained through the synergistic effect of the expansion ratio and thickness range specified above and the properties of this thermoplastic elastomer are unique and cannot be achieved with other materials of this type. . The characteristics of such a 1,2-polybutadiene foam thin film are shown in Table 1 and FIG. 1 in comparison with materials currently used as plaster base materials. Note that the symbols 1, 2, and 3 in FIG.
Corresponds to the number in the table.

[Table] As is clear from Table 1, the 1,2-polybutadiene thin film has the lowest initial elastic modulus, and it is easily understood that it does not feel strange and is well adapted to living organisms. also,
Normally, the elongation of the skin surface of a living body is considered to be less than 25%, but as shown in Figure 1, 1,2-polybutadiene thin film has an extremely low modulus, and when the elongation rate is less than 25%, the stress is extremely small and does not affect biological movement. It can be proven that the compatibility is extremely good. As described above, it has become clear that the 1,2-polybutadiene foam thin film 1, whose expansion ratio and thickness are specified as above, is excellent as a plaster base material.
The present invention takes advantage of the characteristics of the foamed thin film 1, fixes a coating layer 2 containing either an organic or an inorganic lubricant, or both, on a polymeric material that does not have an ester bond on at least the surface, and further uses it as a plaster base material. It is intended to provide a high level of performance, and in FIG.
A plaster P is shown on which an adhesive layer 3 containing a salicylic acid ester or the like is applied to the coating layer 2' on the back side. The layers constituting the coating layers 2 and 2' are formed of a polymer coating in which one or both of an organic or inorganic lubricant is added to a rubbery polymer substance having no ester bond. In addition, as the polymer substance having no ester bond, for example, styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), styrene-isoprene-styrene rubber (SIS), etc. are preferably used, and the adhesive applied to the coating layer 2' on the back side is preferably used. It will not be attacked by adhesives such as salicylic acid ester in agent layer 3, causing the coating layer to deteriorate and become sticky, and has good adhesion to 1,2-polybutadiene foam, and is flexible and stretchable with a low modulus. Forms a good coating. Furthermore,
In addition, the above-mentioned lubricant added to this polymeric substance is
It has the function of suppressing the penetration of the adhesive into the coating layer, and is compatible with polymer materials such as polyethylene, chlorinated polyethylene, chlorinated polypropylene, polycarbonate, polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, fluorinated polyethylene, vinylidene fluoride, etc. An organic lubricant having no ester bond, or an inorganic lubricant such as silica, surface-treated silica, or graphite fluoride is preferably used. The amount of the organic or inorganic lubricant added to the polymer material is
Approximately 150 to 300 parts of the lubricant is suitable for 100 parts of the polymeric substance. In this way, the polymer film is formed by forming the foam thin film 1 in a state in which the polymer substance is dissolved in a single or mixed solvent such as toluene, methyl ethyl ketone, dimethyl formamide, etc., and the lubricant is well decomposed.
It is applied to both the front and back sides by spray method or roll coater method. Suitably, it is fixed as a coating layer 2, 2' having a dry thickness of 5 to 30 microns.
Incidentally, if necessary, a plaster of acrylic resin, neoprene, etc. may be used between the foamed thin film 1 and the covering layers 2, 2' to improve the adhesion with the foamed thin film 1. good. Such a coating layer 2,
2' has substantially the same elasticity as the 1,2-polybutadiene foam thin film 1, and expands and contracts in cooperation with the foam thin film 1 when external forces are applied in both directions.
In addition, even when rubbed against cloth for clothing, the plaster P can slide against each other without resistance, and when the plaster P is applied to the human body, the coating layer 2 on the surface that comes into contact with the clothing allows the clothing and the plaster P to slide together. The materials rub against each other without resistance, causing no discomfort to the user. Furthermore, the coating layers 2 and 2' have chemical resistance to the adhesive layer 3 which contains dl-camphor, l-menthol, etc. in addition to salicylic acid ester, and thereby the coating layer on the back side 2' has the function of effectively preventing the penetration of the chemical solution from the adhesive layer 3 into the foamed thin film 1, and the surface coating layer 2 also prevents the chemical solution from penetrating the foamed thin film 1 when the plaster P is stacked and stored for inventory. It functions to prevent the foam from penetrating into the foamed thin film 1. The plaster P' in Fig. 3 is made by punching small holes 101 with a diameter of 0.1 to 1.0 mm over the entire surface of the plaster base material 10 having the above structure along with the adhesive layer 3, in a staggered manner at intervals of 8 mm. It is something. This maintains the air permeability of the application surface and suppresses the occurrence of rashes due to stuffiness as much as possible. Also,
Of course, unlike the one shown in FIG. 3, it is also possible to use one in which only the foamed thin film 1 is perforated from the beginning. Incidentally, although not shown in the figure, a case in which the coating layer 2' is not fixed to the back surface of the 1,2-polybutadiene foamed thin film 1 is not excluded. As mentioned above, the coating layer 2' on the back side has the function of preventing the chemical liquid from the adhesive layer 3 from permeating into the foamed thin film 1, and 1,2-polybutadiene has the same effect on the chemical liquid as described above. Since the coating layer 2' has chemical resistance of
Even if they are absent, the quality of the product will not be significantly reduced, and therefore, they will be appropriately commercialized as belonging to the grade category. As described above, the plaster base material of the present invention has unique elasticity, drapability, etc. by using the 1,2-polybutadiene foam thin film whose expansion ratio and thickness are specified as above as its base material. In addition, even if the foamed thin film is made of a polymeric material that does not have ester bonds on at least the surface, it can be used as an organic or inorganic lubricant. Alternatively, since a coating layer that contains both of them and expands and contracts in cooperation with the foamed thin film is fixed, the human body does not experience any resistance due to rubbing against clothing when it is applied, and there is no discomfort caused by the application. In this sense, it can be said that it has been highly evaluated as an ideal product that can meet the needs of consumers. Furthermore, by making many small holes in the base material, the characteristics of 1,2-polybutadiene can be utilized to make the base material air permeable, and its performance as a plaster base material can be further improved.
