- 同一パツケージ内にＬＥＤとフオトトランジス
タとを内蔵したフオトカプラにおいて、前記パツ
ケージ内に、使用電源電圧に対応して各抵抗値が
予め設定され前記ＬＥＤの駆動電流を制限するＬ
ＥＤ駆動電流制限用抵抗を内蔵したことを特徴と
する抵抗内蔵型フオトカプラ。
