Due to the need to protect the material, it is necessary to attach external wall panel materials to the surface of the laminated insulation material, and the insulation material to be laminated is usually installed on the inside surface of the block. It is. Therefore,
In terms of the heat insulation structure, it is inevitable that the building will have an internal heat insulation structure that provides cooling and heat shielding on the inner surface of the structure, which significantly reduces the heat insulation properties.

現象を生じるものである。 In addition, in external insulation structures in which foamed polystyrene or foamed polystyrene is interposed between the decorative tile material and the loading block, the intervening resin material may deteriorate over time and may become stuck. There is a risk that the decorative tile material may peel off or fall off, and the adhesive surface may suddenly peel off in the event of a fire or other high-temperature event.

クの提供を第1の目的とするものである。 The method of forming a heat insulating decorative block of the present invention was devised in view of the inconveniences of the conventional block materials. By laminating insulation materials and decorative tile materials on the block, there is no need for any external wall construction work such as attaching external wall panel materials to the wall surface of the loading block, which was previously considered difficult due to construction costs. The first object of the present invention is to provide a heat insulating decorative block that allows construction of an external heat insulating structure by simply loading the blocks.

能とすることを第2の目的とするものである。 Furthermore, the method for molding the insulating decorative block of the present invention is as follows:
The thickness of the intervening heat insulating material can be set as appropriate to obtain the desired heat insulating properties, and it is possible to provide a reliable heat insulating structure, which was previously considered impossible to improve the heat insulating properties of the block itself. The second purpose is to make it possible to provide a heat-insulating decorative block that is a completely fireproof structure that eliminates inconveniences such as peeling of joint surfaces and cracks due to expansion and contraction caused by changes in temperature and temperature. That is.

The decorative tile material is placed in the formwork so as to create an intervening gap, and then the decorative surface of the decorative tile material is placed in contact with the inner wall surface of the formwork, and foaming is applied between the block and the tile material. This is a method for forming a heat insulating decorative block characterized by filling and condensing an inorganic material having foaming characteristics such as concrete.

By providing reliable protection, the insulating decorative block can be made into an external insulation structure with excellent cooling and heating shielding effects, and is equipped with a tile exterior that gives it a luxurious feel. This eliminates the need for any construction work.

This also reliably prevents the occurrence of peeling and cracks due to contraction and expansion at the joint surfaces of different materials.
