Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 潜像担持体と、 潜像担持体と平行に設けられ、潜像担持体に移
転させるトナーを担持した現像ローラと、 現像ローラと潜像担持体との間隔を一定に保つ
ために現像ローラの両端に設けられ、潜像担持体
に当接して回転するスペーサコロと、 を備えた現像装置において、 スペーサコロの内部を空洞とし、該空洞内にス
ペーサコロとは独立に回転するブラシを設け、ス
ペーサコロの外周の一部に孔を設けて、ブラシの
毛先をその孔から突出させるようにしたことを特
徴とする現像装置。 (2) スペーサコロが下部以外の位置で潜像担持
体と当接し、スペーサコロの下部に、スペーサコ
ロの外周面に沿つた外形を有するトナー落下防止
ガイドをスペーサコロに接するように設けた請求
項１記載の現像装置。 (3) 潜像担持体の周長ｌｄとスペーサコロの周
長ｌｓとの比を最も簡単な整数比でｎｄ：ｎｓと
表し、上記孔のスペーサコロの周方向の長さをｌ
ｈとしたとき、 ｌｈ×ｎｄ〉ｌｄ となるように設定されている請求項１又は２記
載の現像装置。
