(Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a wall base structure of a house. (Conventional technology) Conventionally, as a base structure for the walls of a house, a waterproof sheet was placed on the surface of the base material, a lath net was placed on top of the waterproof sheet, and mortar was applied one to three times on top of the base material. The on-site construction method was to provide a base structure with a paint layer containing asphalt emulsion, inorganic particles, and synthetic resin emulsion as main components on the surface. However, the foundation structure using this construction method requires a large number of work steps and a lot of manpower, and when a mortar layer is formed on the surface, this mortar layer and structural plywood, fiberboard, etc. The mortar layer may crack due to the difference in expansion and contraction caused by changes in temperature and humidity, and the durability of the tar felt used as a waterproof sheet is poor, and over a long period of time, water that has permeated through the mortar layer may cause damage to the structure. It had the disadvantage of causing the plywood and foundation to rot. Furthermore, since the mortar layer does not have waterproof properties, there is a drawback that water that has permeated through the mortar layer allows moisture to enter through the joints of the tar felt. Another drawback was that the nails used to secure structural plywood, fiberboard, lath mesh, etc., rusted and oozed onto the mortar surface, contaminating the surface. In order to improve this mortar-coated wall, a method was invented in which a coating layer containing asphalt emulsion, inorganic particles, and synthetic resin emulsion as the main components was provided, but asphalt emulsion was used as the main component. Therefore, although it is good until the base structure is constructed, asphalt emulsion may contain organic solvents when using solution-based paints, emulsion paints, sand wall paints, and multi-layer pattern finishing materials as finishing materials. It has the disadvantage that it can be dissolved by water or gradually dissolved by rainwater, causing discoloration and contamination of the surface. ``Object of the invention'' The present invention simplifies the finishing of walls, etc., and
To provide a wall surface base structure which prevents semi-permanent cracking or peeling of a finishing layer and which provides a wall surface etc. with excellent waterproof properties. (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) Conventional mortar-coated walls are troublesome to install, and this mortar wall does not have the ability to follow the vibrations and expansion and contraction of the base, which causes cracks. It may even damage the underlying structure. In addition, asphalt emulsion, inorganic particles,
A base structure with a paint layer mainly composed of synthetic resin emulsion or the like has the problem that the finishing paints that can be used for finishing are limited, and tiles made of porcelain, semi-porcelain, etc. cannot be applied directly. "Structure of the Invention" Therefore, the inventor of the present invention invented a waterproof base structure using new materials and construction methods in place of the conventional wall base structure. The structure is as follows: (1) An undercoat layer containing synthetic resin solution or polymer dispersion as the main component is formed on the surface of the base board of the house, and on the surface, 150 parts by weight of alumina cement is applied to 100 parts by weight of Portland cement. ~
700 parts by weight of gypsum hemihydrate, 30 to 300 parts by weight of gypsum hemihydrate, and 15 to 500 parts by weight of polymer dispersion as a polymer component and appropriate aggregate for the total of 100 parts by weight of Portland cement, alumina cement, and gypsum hemihydrate. (2) An undercoat layer containing a synthetic resin solution or polymer dispersion as a main component is formed on the surface of a baseboard of a house, and a mortar composition containing 100% of Portland cement is applied to the surface of the undercoat layer. Alumina cement 150 to parts by weight
700 parts by weight, and a total of 100 parts by weight of Portland cement and alumina cement, a mortar composition containing 15 to 500 parts by weight of polymer dispersion as a polymer component and an appropriate aggregate is used as an overcoat layer. There are two. (Means for solving the problem) The problem can be solved by forming the undercoat paint layer and the topcoat mortar composition layer shown in the above-mentioned configuration on the wall base. (Function) The mortar composition used in the present invention has excellent flexibility and has a small value in a water permeability test, so it also has excellent waterproof properties. Further, since the top coat layer is a mortar composition, even if a solution-based paint is used as a finishing paint thereon, it will not be attacked. (Examples) Examples 1 to 3, Comparative Examples 1 to 5 An undercoat made of acrylic acid ester emulsion was applied to plywood with a thickness of 12 mm as the base board for a house, and then Examples 1 to 3 shown in Table 1 were applied. 3. The mortar compositions of Comparative Examples 1 to 5 were mixed and adjusted, and applied to the undercoat layer using a porous hand roller in an amount of about 2 kg per m 2 to such an extent that the base was no longer visible. This thickness was 1 to 1.2 mm when coated thickly. And, as a sample of these base structures, 30
x 60 cm plate was subjected to exposure, 12 x 12 cm plate, 3
The sheet was subjected to a water permeability test. The test results are shown in Table 3. The test method was outdoor exposure, where the product was exposed vertically facing the south and north sides. The water permeability test was conducted in accordance with JIS A 6910 water permeability test. However, since a mortar composition is used, the standard conditions (20℃, 60%RH) are used for the growing period.
Two weeks were allowed to pass under these conditions. Examples 4 to 6, Comparative Examples 6 to 9 An undercoat made of vinylidene chloride resin solution was applied to a plywood board with a thickness of 12 mm as a house base board,
Next, Examples 4 to 6 and Comparative Examples 6 to 9 shown in Table 2
The mortar composition was mixed and adjusted, and then applied with a trowel over the undercoat layer to a thickness of 5 mm. The application amount was 10-12 kg/m 2 . And as a sample of these base structures, 30
x 60 cm plate pieces were subjected to exposure, 12 x 12 cm pieces, 3
The sheet was subjected to a water permeability test. The test results are shown in Table 3. The test method was the same as in Examples 1 to 3 described above.

Furthermore, since a mortar composition is used, a solution-based paint can be used on top of it without any problem, and it can be used as a waterproof base structure in place of conventional cement mortar or resin-containing cement mortar.
