(Prior Art) Conventionally, when a pipe 2 is fixed to a panel plate 1, a substantially semicircular groove 3 is formed in the panel plate 1, and the pipe 2 is attached to the groove 3 with the semicircular upper surface exposed. Next, the groove 3 and the pipe 2 are usually welded together by heating with a heater or the like from the outside of the pipe 2 via solder.

It has also been proposed that the hot water pipes inserted into the locking portions of extrusion-molded panels be brought into close contact with the locking portions by applying pressure or expanding the pipes (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 56-30589). Public bulletin).

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, with the former method, a gap is likely to be created between the groove and the mounting surface of the pipe, and it is difficult to firmly fix the two in a close state. When hot water is supplied to the pipe, heat conduction from the pipe to the panel board is poor due to the gap between the two, which not only reduces the functionality of the high radiant heating system, but also causes noise when hot water is supplied to the pipe. It was unpleasant to use.

In addition, the latter method involves inserting a hot water pipe expanded by applying pressure to the locking part of the extruded aluminum panel, which is expensive.
It was not possible to obtain radiant heat, and the commercial value was low.

Structure of the Invention (Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention places a copper panel board on the top surface of two joists, and attaches both ends of the panel board to the joists. At the same time, a copper pipe is attached to a nearly circular mounting groove formed in the length direction of the panel board, and an opening with a slight gap is provided at the bending position of the mounting groove. The panel plate expands when hot water is supplied, and the opening of the panel plate is closed by applying the expansion amount to the opening.

Reference numeral 11 denotes one or more mounting grooves formed in the panel board 10;
1 has a cross-sectional shape that is more than a semicircular shape and is close to a circular shape, and in this example, the upper end opening 12 of the mounting groove 11 is formed with a gap of several mm.
Reference numeral 13 denotes a pipe made of copper or the like and having a circular cross section or a shape close to a circular cross section. Hot water heated by a heat source such as solar heat, a boiler, a heater, etc. is supplied, and the temperature of the hot water expands the panel board 10 and the pipe 13 so that they are firmly fixed in a press-contact state.

First, as shown in FIG. 2, with the upper end opening 12 of the mounting groove 11 left with a necessary gap, for example, in the case of floor heating, when hot water is supplied to the pipe 13, the panel board 10 is connected to the joists on both sides. 14, so the direction shown by the arrow in FIG. 3,
That is, the panel plates 10 on both sides around the opening 12 expand in the direction of the opening 12, gradually narrowing the gap between the openings 12, and the circumference of the mounting groove 11 becomes smaller. 10 is brought into close contact with the mounting groove 11 as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, and at the same time narrows the inner circumferential surface of the mounting groove 11, and the pipe 13 expands to its outer circumferential surface, so that the pipe 13 is securely attached to the mounting groove 11. At the same time, the abutting surfaces of both are in a completely close contact state, so that the heat from the pipe 13 can be reliably transferred to the panel board 10.

In this case, compared to the pipe 13, the panel plate 10
Because of its large surface area, it has a larger coefficient of expansion than the pipe 13, and the panel board 10 can quickly bring the opening 12 into a close contact state.

Effects of the Invention Therefore, according to the present invention, the cross-sectional shape of the mounting groove of the panel plate is formed into a semicircular shape or more and a shape close to a substantially circular shape, and the pipe is installed in the mounting groove in a close state due to expansion of both. For example, when hot water is supplied to a pipe, the expansion action causes the opening of the mounting groove to come into close contact with the pipe, and the mounting groove is tightly tightened to the outside of the pipe, resulting in extremely good heat conduction of hot water. Therefore, radiant heat and conductive heat are effectively generated from the panel board, and the desired heating function can be efficiently achieved.Moreover, both can be easily fixed without requiring any means of welding the pipe to the panel board. This can contribute to improving work efficiency, and since the two are in complete contact with each other, it has excellent effects such as being able to reliably eliminate noise during hot water supply.
