を示す説明図、第４図はＬＥＤチツプ毎の輝度ば
らつきを示す説明図、第５図は露光時間Ｔを調節
し露光量Ｅを均一にするためのＬＥＤアレイの回
路図、第６図は従来例の印字例を示す説明図、第
７図は第１図の出力電流設定部の回路図、第８図
は第１図の駆動回路が組み込まれたＬＥＤプリン
トヘツドの外観図、第９図は電流制限抵抗値とＩ
Ｃドライバの出力電流の関係を示すグラフ、第１
０図は発光出力の異なるＬＥＤについての各ＬＥ
Ｄの通電電流ＩＦと発光出力Ｐの関係を示すグラ
フである。 １１…シフトレジスタ回路群、１２…ラツチ回
路群、１３…出力電流値制御回路部。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 印字データを順に入力して格納するシフトレジ
    スタ回路と、 上記シフトレジスタ回路のデータをラツチする
    ラツチ回路と、 上記ラツチ回路のデータに基づき複数個のＬＥ
    Ｄに電圧を印加する駆動回路とを有するＬＥＤプ
    リントヘツドにおいて、 上記複数個のＬＥＤのうちのｎ番目のＬＥＤに
    ついて、発光出力の設定値をＰｎ発光出力の設定
    値をＰｓｅｔ、通電される電流の測定値をＩ１、
    発光開始電流をＩ０、光出力を決定する定数をＣ
    としたときに、このＬＥＤの発光出力が設定値Ｐ
    ｓｅｔとなるようにこのＬＥＤに流される駆動電
    流を制限する抵抗値Ｒｎ（次式で示される）の、
    Ｒｎ＝Ｃ×Ｐｎ／｛Ｐｓｅｔ（Ｉ１−Ｉ０）＋Ｐ
    ｎ×Ｉ０｝制限抵抗を備えたことを特徴とするＬ
    ＥＤプリントヘツド。
