ンプは停止するようになつている。かかる場合、
市水を受ける受水槽への市水流入もほぼ同時に停
止するようになつているので、受水槽に一定率で
消石灰水溶液のみが連続的に注入されて、受水槽
での消石灰含有量が過多になるという不具合が生
じていた。

段としての開閉弁3が閉じる。開閉弁3が閉じる
ことにより市水の給水は停止し、溶解槽1の消石
灰水溶液溢流管1Cからの溢流が停止する。かく
して、受水槽4への消石灰水溶液の注入が止ま
り、該受水槽4内の市水のPH値は最適値に保たれ
る。

の注入が停止して、上記揚水ポンプの停止中で
も、受水槽内のPH値は一定値に保たれる。
